This lead position will be key to our SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales (ISA) implementation as well as other projects that arise in the SAP B2B eCommerce space. Candidate must be self directed and motivated with strong SAP CRM ISA business process and configuration experience. Extensive ISA project experience, good analytical skills, and team leadership abilities are required. The SAP CRM Internet Sales Functional Lead will interface with multiple organizations within IS&T to successfully implement projects in the eCommerce space. Excellent written communication skills are required. The role will require cross functional team experience, facilitation, influence and persuasion, and excellent configuration and development skills. Required General Experience:• Effectively manage multiple, simultaneous work streams • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work • Excellent planner and team leader • Strong written and verbal communications skills Required SAP Experience: • Six plus (6+) years of experience with SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales Application (ISA) • Four plus (4+) complete life-cycle implementations of SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales Application in a functional team lead position • At least two implementations on version 5.0 of SAP CRM • At least two implementations for a global, multi-national corporation • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Internet Sales Application (ISA) business processes • Extensive configuration experience with SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales Application (ISA) • SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management, and Pricing configuration experience • SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration experience desirable Tools: • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Additional Skills Desired:• Development experience with ABAP and JAVA • Knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware configuration • High Tech industry experience • Experience with Apple hardware and software BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Management (e.g. MIS), or Systems Engineering, and 8-10 years of related experience.
