SAP CRM Support Analyst – At Home Work

 

Intrinsic is looking for 3  SAP CRM analysts to form a team that provides Level 2 Help Desk support for our direct client.  The role(s) is specifically to field calls from vendors who generate demand for SAP’s midmarket solutions, troubleshoot application or other problems they may have, and work with the marketing group to enter sales leads and pass them to the field.  This is an excellent role for someone who has a working knowledge of SAP CRM as a ‘super user’ (e.g., knows their way around the system but hasn’t necessarily deeply configured the modules), has some experience in call centers or with telemarketing (ideally with SAP’s Interaction Center Web Client, but not mandatory), and who is seeking a position that has the potential to move into full time employment.  This role involves little to no travel – our consultants can work from their homes if desired.  Excellent communication and client/vendor relationship skills are a must.

 

Our initial contract is for 2008, with a strong potential for 2009 and beyond as either a consultant or offered a permanent position at the client or Intrinsic. 

 

The hourly rate is $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, on a full time basis.  Corp to Corp or Corp to Independent is preferred.  Since there is no travel, expenses are included. 

JOB SUMMARY:
 

· Support SAP All-In-One (A1) CRM end users across our Client’s Telemarketing vendor(s)

· Investigate and troubleshoot level 2 support issues for above end users

· Authorize and train new end users onto CRM

 

DESIRED SKILLS

· SAP CRM analysis and troubleshooting skills (working knowledge of SAP CRM)

· SAP Interaction Client Webclient analysis and troubleshooting skills (nice to have)

· Process knowledge of telemarketing and telecoverage SAP CRM modules (nice to have)

· Strong communication and documentations skills to relay findings to super users /end users

· Timely issue ownership, facilitation and resolution skills

Process:

 

The need is for a project start in early May.  Please submit your resume and our staffing team and engagement partner will review your credentials, and you will be contacted directly by the lead engagement Partner to set up an interview before presenting you to our Client.  We only bring on qualified candidates, so our hit rate with our consultants after the initial interview is very high.

 

You will need to have client references from prior work ready, though they will not be called until we decide to move forward together.  We will interview you through either a face to face meeting, or through a Skype Video Call.
