As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance. Job Description: SAP F&PM (Finance & Performance Management) professionals design and configure processes and implement SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management and real estate management. These SAP solutions enable clients to align their finance functions with business functions and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency. Key responsibilities may include:  Participation in business development and proposal activities related to SAP engagements. Participation in and contribution toward the creation of assets related to best practices, methodologies and knowledge capital centered on the SAP Applications Overall responsibility for the tactical planning and execution of ERP engagements as well as monitoring and managing engagement scope. Establishment of working relationships with key client personnel at the project management and project oversight levels. Oversight of and participation in application design sessions related to database structure, reports and security. Oversight of the configuration of ERP application components Preparation, review and approval of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides. Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years in an finance or accounting position Minimum of 5 years experience with at least three of the following SAP FI/CO applications:  SEM, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Investment Management, Currencies and Exchange Rates, Periodic Processing, Special Purpose Ledgers, Consolidations, Automatic Postings, Internal Orders, Taxes, Reporting.  Must also have experience with process and best practices within finance and accounting functional areas and how to leverage SAP functionality to support those best practices. Preferred Skills:  CPA, CFA, MBA Direct experience in creating business change using SAP Financials SAP Financials configuration, conversion or detailed process design Experience with other major ERP packages Software selection and CRP/prototyping skill Finance and performance management reporting to internal and external stakeholders; Leading practice finance and accounting process analysis and design; Leading practice finance and accounting transaction processing including shared services and outsourcing arrangements; Planning, budgeting and forecasting; Treasury management ; Risk Management; Regulatory Compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley, IFS, Basel II.  Professional Skill Requirements:  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills  To submit resume online Click Here All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.  You’ll also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization.  We offer a variety of formal and informal training programs at every level to help you acquire and build specialized skills faster.
