Summary

 

Hitachi is looking for SAP professionals who have a proven track record of success, aptitude, and experience in full software project lifecycle including the requirement, design, configuration, testing, implementation and support phases.  The position requires a range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of a client engagement.  The qualified candidate would have proven experience developing successful SAP Netweaver applications and solutions.  The person will work with SAP functional and technical consultants to develop applications based on the SAP Netweaver Technology Suite and Netweaver Portal.

 

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, supportCommunication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written). Business process analysis experience: strong business analysis skills.General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy. Project management: lead small teams of 1 – 3 resources (both consulting and client employees).Ability to travel up to 80%

Technical Qualifications

 

1)  Primary Programming Languages (minimum of 1 year experience) : SAP BSP, OO-ABAP, BAPI, BADI, HTML, XML

2)  People-Centric UI (PC-UI), SAP NetWeaver

3)  SAP Netweaver Portal Experience including:

a. Web Application Server  Installation / Administration

b.  Portal Administration / Installation

c. User / Role management

d.  Security Management (Single Sign On Configuration)

e. Installation / Configuration of Portal Business packages

f. Portal Integration using JCO,  and JCA communication architecture with System landscape Directory (SLD)

g.  Configuration of Netweaver Developer Infrastructure (NWDI) for change management

4)  Java J2EE Development Experience (Certification & 2 years experience preferred)

a. JSP’s / Java Script

b.  EJB’s

c. Servlets

d.  Web Services

e. Experience with MVC development paradigm

5)  Experience with SAP Web Application Server Development Tools

a. Web Application Server

b.  Eclipse

c. Web Dynpro Development tools

d.  Adobe Document Services

6)  Experience with MS Windows 2000 / 2003 Server

 

Optional Qualifications

 

1)  This individual must systems and programming knowledge. Knowledge of SAP CRM is a plus and an R/3 SD background would be a plus.

2)  SAP R/3 implementation experience (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, SAPscripts, etc.)

3)  Visual Composer / Composite Application Framework development experience
