JC 57154: SAP Program Manager

 

Skills:

- Experience Range - Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Partner with a “Big� outsourcing or consulting firm.

- Project or Program management experience with a global, multi-install SAP implementation, upgrade and/or rollout experience (minimum 10 years of hands on SAP experience).

- Demonstrated ability to assess comparative estimates derived from different methods, recommend refinements to existing estimation processes and methods, perform estimation for large programs or medium projects, and develop business cases for complex projects.

- Demonstrated ability to manage interrelated projects of high complexity and impact to the organization while implementing SAP, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project performance, making budget projections, and identifying and mitigating obstacles.

- Expert knowledge of quality planning and custom-tailored project processes based on customer requirements, define project standards, set/monitor quality goals, conduct project reviews and audits, and perform risk assessment and mitigation.

- Knowledge and experience with requirement specifications to define scope and system boundaries, recommend alternative methods to achieve complex system requirements and estimate resource implications of requirements at a high level.

- Exposure to CxO and senior management client resources including presentations and executive steering committee interaction.

- Responsible for managing $10m - $50m revenue p.a.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

At Wipro Technologies the SAP Program Manager will be responsible for:

 

- Meeting revenue targets.

- On time / On target delivery.

- Customer Satisfaction indices.

- Quality parameters

- Lead client sales activities and work in coordination as part of a larger sales team for add-on sales and/or involvement in new clients.

- Bid lead experience for major implementation(s).

 

Experience:

10+ years of experience including about 8 - 10 years in Information Technology with experience in SAP

 

Qualification: Bachelors Degree Required

 

Work Location: Any large metro city in the U.S
