Relocation to Hattiesburg is required. Minimal travel is required. Responsibilities: As a senior developer within the SAP team, your responsibilities will include: Leading SAP development for a wide range of BearingPoint Projects. Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with staff and other teams. Mentoring of junior staff members, developing and presenting group training sessions as well as one-on-one interaction. Support of management in determining workload and assignments across multiple projects Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Responsible for the design, coding and testing of new and enhanced functionality within the SAP ECC environment, including data conversion programs, data interfaces, R/3 reporting and program developments, and enhancements.Required Skills: 2+ years of previous experience as a technical team lead, leading teams in software development activities. 5+ years experience programming within the SAP ERP environment including the ABAP Workbench toolset, Dialog programming, BDC programming, ABAP List Viewer (ALV Grid) reporting, and SAPScript/SMARTFORMS. 2+ years applied experience with recent SAP releases. 2+ years of previous work experience in multi-level oral and written communications to diverse audiences at multiple organizational levels. 2+ years of work experience in an analytical role identifying and solving problems. 2+ years of experience working in teams and in a team environment, that is process-oriented and deadline-driven. 3+ years of ABAP Proficiency and/or functional knowledge in at least 3 of the following SAP core modules:1. Controlling (CO)2. Financials (FI)3. Materials Management (MM)4. Production Planning (PP)5. Sales and Distribution (SD)6. Plant Maintenance (PM)7. Project Systems (PS)8. Human Resources (HR)Desired Skills: Experience and knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP NetWeaver (especially Portal, WAS, and XI), and EDI/IDOC is a plus. Knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: CRM, PLM, HR module. ABAP Workbench Certification is a plus. Programming language experience using an object oriented model is a plus. Experience with Funds Management for Public Sector SAP FI.Key Points: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
