The engineer will produce code for game content, interactivity, user-interface, web sites, and any related work required for game and web site development. Position requires professional Flash and Actionscript3 skills, and superlative programming talent.Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, and SQL experience preferred.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES % of Time1. Write server side code for online game behavior and interactivity 502. Structure and optimize game databases 303. Creation of usage analysis tools 104. Play and improve game concepts 10QUANTITATIVE MEASURES:Generate code for at least 4 online games a year in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Minimum:Expert level Java/JSP and SQL knowledge.Preferred:Game design skills. UI design skills.Adobe Flash skills: interactivity, behavior, interface.Education, Certification, and/or Training:Minimum:BS level software engineering background.Preferred:MS level software engineering background.Experience:Minimum:5 years computer programming experience.Preferred:10 years computer programming experience, 3 years game development experience.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:Must be able to work in an open environment
