Help build-out our next-generation application while leading your own development team.  Our company seeks a Senior Web Developer with expertise in .Net framework development, data architecture design and implementation of information systems solutions with significant demonstrable experience and aptitude for management.

The ideal candidate possesses expertise with leading-edge programming technologies and desires becoming an integral part of building, growing and supporting our successful product within the field of web-based compliance training. 


Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or related field
.Net Framework 3.0, C#, VB.net, SQL 2005, ASP.net, Windows 2003, API, Web Services, AJAX, .ASP, 3rd party integration
  Demonstrable object-oriented design and development experience on the .Net framework with detailed review of architectural structures, identification of architectural issues and demonstrated ability to perform analysis and make recommendations to improve architecture
History of translating business needs into scalable information systems
7 years minimum software development experience
Entrepreneurial drive with a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
Proven record of “getting things done”
UTF-8 and Section 508 compliance experience a plus





Roles and Responsibilities: Provides application and data architecture development and project leadership expertise for end-user, customer and internal administrative portals
Works in hands-on role developing solutions integrating multiple applications and platforms
Solves complex technical problems related to application, data and customer solution implementations
Identifies customer requirements and market directions and productizes these factors into sellable products and services
Defines, analyzes, tracks and improves key product metrics
Project management
