SOFTWARE SYSTEMS ANALYST MANAGER

Monarch HealthCare is currently searching for an attention to detail manager to join us as our new Manager, Systems Analysis.  In this detail driven position, you will be responsible for direct staff management, supervision and evaluation including the evaluation of process and procedures that impact both the Systems Analysis team and the organization.  In addition, responsibilities will include leadership and recommendation of overall level of product functionality and quality prior to production release or general use.  Responsibilities include product implementation and enhancements which include operational process change, quality measures, system upgrades and strategic focus of corporate leadership.  The manager will work and lead cross functional teams including business operations, customer service, technology, operations and our clients to initiate, structure design and deliver projects and communicate status to all parties to manage and to achieve the financial goals of the product lines.



The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes:

Able to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding along with combined understanding of applications business systems and industry requirementsDevelop and modify simple and complex information systems Manage and assign projects to the Systems Analysis team and act as the point person on all projectsActively participate in meetings with users and members of IT to facilitate needs and needs analysis8 to 10 years prior experience in a similar role; prior experience with planning and implementing healthcare application desired3-5 years prior management experience a mustProven track record in process modeling, business value analysis and business process designStrong understanding of web based system technologies Ability to communicate complex business requirements to the technical team both verbally and in written form along with the ability to translate technical requirements and limitations to non-technical clients
