POSITION SUMMARY
TRIRIGA is currently seeking a Solution Consultant to join the number one Integrated Workplace Management Systems software company in the world. Solution Consultants (SC's) work with the Regional Area Managers in pre-sales opportunities, gathering business requirements for potential customers and prospects in a clearly defined discovery process. The SC is then tasked with scripting a software business process presentation to solve the customer's business issues, as well as uncover new opportunities for the use of the TRIRIGA IWMS application. The SC must be the domain expert and technical expert, as well as an articulate problem solver to help in pushing sales opportunities toward closure. SC's are required to communicate the TRIRIGA value proposition from both strategic and tactical positions.
Candidates must have a proven track record of solution selling to Director Level and higher executives at Fortune 2000 companies in 2 or more of the following four areas: real estate management, construction projects management, operations and maintenance management, and facilities management.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and defines the prospect's business requirements and objectives, and creates a product demonstration that shows how TRIRIGA’s solutions best meet the prospect's requirementsProvides continuous correspondence with the business prospect to reinforce and sell the value of the TRIRIGA solutionProvides further clarification to the prospect through follow up phone calls and additional demonstrationsWorks with colleagues to maintain and enhance demonstration systems; communicates with development to enhance product requirements and testing of new releasesAssists the Sales Team with RFP/requirements documentsMaintains one's own professional development and presentation skills, including continuous learning of new TRIRIGA products/technologies, and communicating experiences and solutions to fellow colleagues
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience
5 years experience in at least one of the following is required: Sales, Consulting, software application implementation, and customer requirement mapping within all areas of Technology.
Primary Personal AttributesThe Solution Consultant is highly articulate and able to present clearly and effectively to different levels of an organization including C-levelIndustry experience in Facilities Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Construction Project Management, or Real Estate ManagementExperience in design and/or implementation of CMMS or CAFM technology solutionsAbility to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

EDUCATION
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience preferably in technical field
