JOB SUMMARY:
Work closely with development and other project team members within the department to effectively test Kronos applications. Create test plans for both manual and automated effort for current development projects. Effectively communicate problems found during the testing effort to development and verify solutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires BSCS or equivalent and 8+ years of related experience
With minimal supervision, candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize.
• Candidate must be extremely productive and able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Work well in a team environment.
• Exhibit logical troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of the automated testing tools such as, Silk, JTF, JUnit, or Selenium, is required.
• Should be familiar with relational databases, preferably DB2, Oracle and SQL Server a plus.
