SR. Business Analyst (MUST HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE EXP)

REQUIRED:  Healthcare provider, payer or insurance experience This position requires an in-person interview, local candidates are preferred.  SUMMARY: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Responsible for customer engagement, and for ensuring that customer requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the stakeholders and development teams. Provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. May lead and direct the work of others.  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Lead and facilitate multiple meetings with executives. • Ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels, including executive management• Develop detailed process documentation utilizing BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) standards. • Monitors the design, development and testing phases to ensure that customer functional requirements are met. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Ability to extract, define and develop requirements. • Heavy Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. • Other documentation skills including: Process Flows, Use Cases, Narrative Flows, and the functional elements required to support the business tasks. • Strong understanding of business requirements analysis methods • Strong understanding of project/request lifecycle. • Background/previous work experience in the health insurance industry is preferred • Other Peradigm experience a plus • Other Solutions Architect experience a plus; experience utilizing modeling tools such as: Visio, Enterprise Architecture, Business Studio, and Casewise a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  Modis is one of the world's largest and most respected providers of Information Technology Resource Management (ITRM) services and solutions.
