POSITION: SR HR Generalist / HR Manager

SUMMARY:  Infor is searching for an experienced and dynamic individual familiar with the software industry to support managers and employees in day to day HR responsibilities.  Duties include human resources management for recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, performance management, compliance and other special projects as required.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Communicate with management and employees on Infor programs and policies.

· Coach Management on effective strategies for resolving issues with employees.  Intervene when necessary.

· Ensure management complies with employment laws and legal requirements governing the HR field.

· Provide recruiting support through requisition approval process, job postings, candidate selection, and on boarding of new hire. Ensure proper candidate tracking guidelines are followed.

· Assist with development of corporate recruitment strategies.

· Answer basic benefit questions and assist employees in providing forms, processes and contact information of benefit administrators.

· Process forms for employee changes, HRIS system updates, and terminations

· Conduct exit interviews and manage exit procedures to assure policy compliance

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Professional Human Resources certification or  College Degree

· 8 plus years of relevant HR generalist experience with a minimum of (3) years HR Management experience, preferably in a software development environment.

· Experience supporting line management to the senior executive level.

· Proven experience in recruiting, employee relations and other cross functional HR knowledge (compensation, benefits, performance management, salary planning, etc.)

· Experience administering and implementing company policies, programs and procedures at the local or business unit level.

· Knowledge of HR practices, principles, and all applicable laws and regulations as they relate to recruiting, employment, pay, benefits, etc.

· Proficient in the use of standard office applications (e.g. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
