ARTLANTIS SALES CHANNEL COORDINATOR
Job Summary:
As Artlantis Sales Channel Coordinator, you will work closely with our existing US and Canadian Artlantis sales channel to support them in their sales efforts. You will occasionally travel to sales events and trade shows to assist our resellers in their activities. You will also actively recruit and support new resellers to expand the size of our sales channel. You will be responsible for developing and/or promoting materials to help our resellers do more effective presentations, marketing, and training. You will be expected to occasionally travel to key events to assist resellers with sales presentations. This position requires very strong communication and presentation skills. Although you will not be expected to find leads or close sales, you should have a detailed understanding of the Artlantis product line and sales process so that you can offer appropriate advice and suggestions to our resellers. We will provide you with Artlantis training, as needed.
Responsibilities: Add a steady stream of new Resellers through research, marketing, phone and email efforts Obtain documentation and qualify suitability of each potential new Reseller; is it a valid opportunity? Absorb, understand and keep up to date with Abvent products, their use, and the target market Maintain working knowledge of product line to answer questions from new and existing Resellers Work with the General Manager and/or outside marketing/advertising experts to create a comprehensive marketing campaign Coordinate distribution of all marketing and training materials to new Resellers Communicate sales promotions with all Resellers and monitor sales activity to obtain sales achievement goals When necessary, serve as liaison with Resellers and End Users regarding sales questions and their resolution. Communicate database change requests to General Manager where clarification is needed. Participate in regular Reseller web/phone conferences and written communications Schedule appearances at Reseller events, including national conventions, trade shows, seminars, and presentations to key accounts Coordinate, register, and attend industry trade shows; upkeep and update of exhibit booth and other exhibit material Update marketing materials and coordinate with our Product Manager to update our web-based product information, pricing, news, etc. Develop content and coordinate placement of reseller recruiting advertisements in electronic and print media Measure the effectiveness of different marketing efforts to refine the process Set priorities, manage time productively, document activities, and keep time log updated daily Help plan and coordinate Resellers’ conferences with help from Abvent Share ideas, findings, solutions, with General Manager
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Demonstrable phone-based appointment selling skills required 3 – 5 years of experience software sales (preferred) or other sales or marketing experience Must understand job functions in a typical sales office Ability to present a professional image to prospects/clients

Computer & Administrative Skills: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 3D CAD and/or Rendering Software skills (or demonstrable aptitude to learn quickly) are essential Experience generating and maintaining reports Data collection and analysis on reseller activities
Communication Skills: Superior oral/written (grammar, spelling, professional) communication skills Organized, creative, articulate Writes for larger audience Verbal contributions are effective in group/team environments Possesses some graphic design skills or has an awareness of good design principles

Job Type: Full-time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday Some possibility of weekend work while traveling
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor of Business, Finance, Advertising, Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience Level: 3 – 5 Years of Sales Experience Strong general software skills required, 3D CAD/rendering experience a plus
Compensation: Salary + Commission: $30,000 - $45,000 per year depending on experience and performance Additional performance-based compensation possible Benefits package included
