RSA, The Security Division of EMC, was formed in September 2006 following EMC Corporation’s acquisitions of RSA Security and Network Intelligence. GENERAL SUMMARYAn innovative Finance & Operations professional with strong reporting, modeling, analytical, and system skills, who can contribute to an organization’s strategic goals by practicing and applying strong business fundamentals.  Individual will have a proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and executives as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with focus and attention to details and deadlines.Ensure the integrity of financial information by analyzing, forecasting and tracking financial performance throughout the year.  Perform analysis to support the Sales forecast process. Analyze key business trends and proactively identify and communicate issues, opportunities, and/or threats and collaborate with Sales management to resolve them.  Provide Finance & Operations dashboard performance analysis for Sr. Sales management.Must be comfortable to participate in a highly energized team environment of exceptional performance, shared accountability and with a commitment to continuous improvementPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Performs complex analysis to support forecasting for several aspects of the Sales organization’s financial performance. · Reviews actual results vs. forecast and investigates material variances Perform ad hoc requests for analysis of financial data. · Participates in forecast and planning cycles · Develops tools for improving the forecasting and actual processes and rolls them out to the larger population. · Establish effective working relationships with the AMER Sales groups and provide financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical support to these teams · Identifies projects that have a larger impact on the Sales organization as a whole and leads them to completion. SKILLS · Strong computer skills. · Problem solving skills. · Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize / manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a time sensitive environment and high visibility to Sr. Management.· Strengths in financial modeling & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial planningAccountability. · Must have very strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) enabling interaction with all levels of management. · Experience with channel and distribution are a plus.· Possesses operational command of the business.
