Outside Sales positions available in Milwaukee area.  Well established company of 40+ years is looking to expand.   We are looking to hire multiple sales persons either experienced or entry level.

Compensation:  Base plus commission, health insurance, retirement with company match, auto and cell allowance, company laptop.  What you make depends on how hard you want to work.

Responsibilities include upgrade long-time customers, develop territory, and build relationships with referral sources.  Sales Engineer on staff to assist with sales on large or complicated projects.   This is an exciting suite of Workforce Management software and hardware products that help companies increase efficiency, lower overhead, target areas for improvement, and automate.  Time and attendance data is collected directly from employees, analyzed, and uploaded to the company’s payroll service provider or in-house payroll system.  This eliminates the manual process of punching time clocks, doing data entry, creating spreadsheets, and brings all of the employees personal data into one source.  The company also supports the software internally through paid maintenance contracts that can be a recurring revenue source for sales people.  A small portion of the business sells and repairs standard punch clocks and the related parts and supplies, which can be another recurring revenue source for sales people.  Experience with Payroll Processing Sales such as ADP, Paycheck, etc would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.  Product and sales training takes place the week before going into the field, and the sales person does not get into the technical aspects of the products.  The Sales Engineer will be available to support any technical questions.Personality requirements are strong competitive drive, finding fulfillment from helping companies improve, and self discipline.  The person who is sharp, ethical, and loves people will excel at this position.
