Sales & Installation Account Manager

Our Sales & Installation Account Manager position offers you the opportunity to learn new skills, travel to different resort locations and to be part of a dynamic software company.

Inn-Mate International is a growing provider of hospitality technology and is headquartered in Flemington NJ.

This position is responsible for the Sale and Installation of our Atrium Property Management System (PMS) at hotel properties throughout the 50 states, Canada and the Caribbean.  You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions with the hotel staff in the proper use of our software.

This position requires you to be on the road approximately 50% of the time.  When you are not on the road, you will be in our office following up on sales leads generated by your efforts and provided through advertising partners.  You will conduct system demonstrations; prepare proposals and schedule and plan future installations.

We are looking for someone with a 4 year degree (hospitality degree preferred), excellent verbal & written communication skills, and someone who can maintain a strong customer service ethic, even when working under pressure.  You will need to have 1- 2 years experience in the hospitality industry as well as experience in working on PMS systems.  Hospitality management experience preferred.
We also need you to be proficient at MS Word, Excel & Outlook (e-mail) and Web Meeting tools such as GoToMeeting or WebEx.
