Sales - Medical Voice, Text, & Computer-assisted Coding Systems Representative

HDI Technologies, Inc, innovators in Medical Voice Processing and Medical Document Technology for over 15 years, is offering the following Executive Sales position to a driven individual with proven selling skills.

This individual will present our exclusive line of leading voice / document management applications to key health care decision makers and develop sales strategies to close and meet revenue objectives.  The annual territory sales potential is 3 - 5 million dollars.

 

Responsibilities of the position include:

q       Working warm leads generated through our advertising programs and trade shows.

q       Manage existing opportunities.

q       Cold calling and proactively prospecting potential new clients.

q       Preparing software/hardware quotes and proposals to expand the existing sales pipeline.

q       Minimal overnight travel required.







 A successful candidate requires the following Background & Skills:

 q       Proven ability to identify, qualify, create and close major account opportunities.

q       Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ACT and Outlook

q       Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships

q       Personal characteristics that demonstrate impact, influence initiative, achievement and focus

q       Knowledge of the health care industry and general business practices

q       Possess related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the voice processing field.

q       Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience selling into management level

q       Reside in Madison, Milwaukee or central area of state.



Sales experience with CIO's, CFO's and HIM departments very useful.
