Role: Sales Operations Analyst
Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of Alchemy’s sales organization by working to ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of sales operations. You will play a critical role in enhancing the success of the sales team and the company.
Responsibilities Include:
· Assist VP of Sales in maintaining overall pipeline and ensure smooth transition of contracts to finance and service delivery
· Ownership of company’s CRM platform and database. Will guide direction and be a SUPER-USER, trainer on process and proper use, and drive to ensure accuracy of data.
· Provide detailed reporting on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis analyzing pipeline, sales results, activity levels, win/loss analysis, etc.
· Ensure pricing and sales process is defined, communicated and adhered to
· Maintain Sales territory maps and account lists, Analyze sales cycles and continuously suggest ways to improve and accelerate
· Responsible for planning sales training and periodic sales team events
· Coordinates with marketing on lead generation and usage of CRM to make best use of our prospect and customer data
· Provide support to field sales organization as it relates to corporate operations
· Support on-boarding of new sales team members

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Education & Experience
· Bachelors degree in business, mathematics, or computer science
· 3-5 years of direct experience in sales operations, sales support or marketing
· High degree of computer literacy - Advanced proficiency with MS EXCEL (pivots, vlookups, macros) and other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint
· Proficiency with CRM and sales force automation tools (ie..SUGAR CRM, Salesforce.com, Siebel, or other mainstream CRM Solution)
· Experience and ability to work with Databases, to analyze and to create detailed and mgt level reports
· Team player with experience in leading change, driving process enhancements
· High energy, high intellect, high integrity, and self-motivation required.
· Solid work ethic and “can do” attitude a must
· Candidates must work independently in a fast paced environment, under time constraints and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
· Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, and strong math and computer skills (MS Office).
PREFERRED:
· Experience working in Software organization, preferably ASP or SaaS.
· Strong technical proclivity and analytical mindset
· Experience in inside sales, cold calling, appt. setting
· At least 5-8 years of professional work experience with background of continuous education
Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Vice President of Sales but will also work directly with marketing, finance, sales organization, and customer support organization. Individual will be required to offset work hours from time to time to leverage time zone differences of employees or partners.
