Lumension Business Operations and Sales Operations teams are looking for strong Sales Operations Specialist to provide support to our Sales and Finance teams.  This individual will review and process sales orders and sales order-related documents and act as a liaison between the Worldwide sales team and product fulfillment/delivery. Some general items:

Strategic:

•           Works with Finance, Business Operations and Enterprise Applictions teams to improve lead to cash processes

•           Works with Sales Operations and Finance to create and maintain accurate documentation on lead to cash processes

Tactical:

•           Ensures completeness and accuracy of sales order information

•           Ensures completeness and accuracy of fulfillment/delivery information

•           Resolves sales order-related issues with sales representatives

•           Trains Sales team on standard processes and bookings policies and enforces these policies and procedures•           Provides administrative support to Business Operations, Finance and the Worldwide sales teamRequired Skills



Strong attention to detail

•           Strong understanding of sales operations and lead to cash processes

•           Experience in software industry is a plus

•           Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Advanced PC skills. •           Ability to work effectively with Worldwide Sales, Finance and Business Operations teams Required Experience
