We seek a Sales Reporting Specialist to work within our Sales Operations Group at our North American headquarters in Glastonbury, to provide support for Sales Operation areas and manage the various reporting initiatives.

In this position, you will: produce weekly and ad-hoc reports on Sales performance for key business units prepare biweekly reports and binders for EVP of Sales and CEO meetings list prepare Sales Quarterly Business Review reports and binders for Sales and Executive Mgmt meetings manage SalesForce.com quarterly data updates support requests from field sales and other users on the use of SalesForce.com manage special Sales Operations projects as requested work closely with Finance analysts to reconcile reports between Sales and Finance participate in various projects as needed

To qualify for this position, you must have: proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint - MS Access a plus) a high degree of reliability, flexibility and adaptability multi-tasking and organization skills to accommodate a fast-paced, changing environment the ability to work well independently with a remote manager and other remote team members strong verbal and written communication skills experience with database and analytical tools are valuable bachelors degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience Please apply directly to this position at our Open Solutions career center.
