Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a bright creative person to join our ranks as a Sales Representative.  A position is currently available for a candidate with five to seven years of experience and a successful record selling services either directly or through a channel.  The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal, written and presentation skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to sell to multiple levels of decision-makers.

The Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice President, Sales sourcing, qualifying, and closing large new accounts.Candidates must be capable of working through a complex and long-term sales cycle with multiple decision-makers at various levels within the organization, accurately communicate account requirements to and direct the efforts of Client Services to ensure a quality and on time start up. Candidates must be capable of understanding the customer's business operations, profiling the customer's organizational requirements as well as maintain primary account relationship throughout the account's evolution.

Previous experience selling complex enterprise software solutions, managed services or hosted software services is desired. The successful candidate must demonstrate a record of strong sales performance and revenue growth in a similar complex sales environment.

Job DutiesProspect for new leads using the internet, telephone, email, trade shows and in-person presentations to cost effectively source, qualify, and close large new accounts. Use Salesforce.com to plan, organize and guide prospects through the sales process to closure.  Negotiate agreement, including product service package choices, pricing, terms and conditions.  Accurately communicate account requirements/expectations to Client Service Representative. Answer and solve customer issues and internal department inquiries throughout the implementation process. Complete and submit all required sales reporting forecasts, expense reports, and client profile documents in an accurate and timely manner. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job SpecificationsDemonstrated successful direct and channel sales experience preferably in a hosted software or managed services environment; minimum 5 years; prefer 5-7 years experience. Ability to sell multiple levels of decision-makers from first-line management to senior-level executives including CEO, CFO. Extensive overnight travel up to 50%; weekend travel less frequent. Outstanding interpersonal, written and presentation skills. High level organization and multi-tasking abilities. Accurate, thorough and detail oriented. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or have earned similar experience.
