Sales Representative with an world industry leader

Our Client is an international leader focused on developing and licensing high-quality audio enhancement, voice processing sound technology solutions to many of the world’s leading OEMs, software providers, semiconductor companies, internet and professional audio markets.  They have a huge presence internationally for the past 10 years and are starting to concentrate on the US market.  They are looking for a stellar consultative sales executive to be based out of their Southern California office.

 

- 3+years Outside Sales experience with proven track record

- Consultative sales

- Looking for someone technically minded and used to a long sales cycle.

- Ideal backgrounds would be consumer electronics, audio, mobile, software

- Technical Degree a plus

- Looking for a go get the deal attitude.

- Ability to hit the ground running
- Self-starter with a work hard play hard mentality

- Self-motivated, energetic and determined to achieve success

- Superb verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Quick learner

Compensation: $60 - $80K Base DOE + commissions; $100K+ avg. first year earnings +
