Sales Research Assistant - Temporary 6+ weeks

NewsGator Technologies, the RSS platform company with a very cool widget business is seeking a part-time (15 hrs per week) sales research assistant for a six-week project (extension may be possible), estimated to start Monday, April 21. You’ll research websites, make calls to gather names and contact information of potential sales leads in media, finance and retail firms. You will then make calls to some of those names to schedule meetings. You’ll need to be able to analyze websites to figure out key sales information, be very comfortable on the phone, and enter your research in a database. Your ability to navigate the web and speak well is required. Experience speaking to VP, Director, and some C-level executives is a plus. Some experience with Salesforce or other sales database is preferred. 2-years sales, marketing, or customer service experience (or equivalent). $12-$15 an hour, based on experience level. We offer parking reimbursement.
