General Overview

Red Hand LLC is hiring a SE Regional sales representative. This position will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts in the Souteast United States, including: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. Employee will initiate sales through direct contact that includes phone, email and on-site meetings with customers in their assigned region.

 

Red Hand LLC’s product offering is called “The Electronic Tenant® Handbook” and it provides software as a service solution to property owners and managers of commercial and residential real estate. Our current client list includes publicly traded and privately held REITs as well as national property management firms. Compensation Package

·-Salary Range - $40K - 45K

·-Total Compensation (salary & commission)  $100K – $150K

Tasks / Responsibilities

-Territory based sales position

-Selling a software product to the commercial real estate industry including  owner/operators and third party property management companies.

-Research prospective clients

-Make daily sales calls / send correspondence to potential clients and upsell existing  base

-Maintain and update Sales Database / Contact Management System

-Product Presentation (web and in-person)

-Proposal and Agreement creation

-Sales Projection and Forecasting

 

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree

-Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word and Outlook. An  understanding of web based software and Macintosh experience a plus.

-2 plus years of  sales or business development experience is a plus

-2 plus years of Commercial Property Management or Brokerage experience is a plus.

-Superb analytical/quantitative abilities and the ability to clearly formulate issues,  recommendations and rationale
