Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Support sales and marketing (telemarketing, advertising, etc) activities with internet based product and services company

Duties:

* Maintains promotional database with contacts, prospects, customers as well as products and orders.  Systems are based on internet, phone, and fax activities, both outgoing and incoming.

* Updating accounting systems for all activities including processing of product and services orders.

* Resolve issues with Prospects and Customers to maintain high level of customer service and satisfaction.

* Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.

* Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
