Position Summary:

·  Around 1/2 of your time will be spent on hands-on development of applications on the Force.com platform and on integrating these applications with 3rd party software.  The remaining time will be spent on leading a development team and on technical design.

·  Create technical designs for applications built on the Force.com platform and for the integration of these applications with 3rd party software.

·  Lead a development team (2 developers) in the implementation of SalesForce.com applications.  Involves leading and mentoring the developers and helping them overcome technical obstacles.

·  Be the SalesForce.com technical expert and go-to person within the company

Job Requirements

·  Extensive experience with technical design, implementation and rollout of applications built on the SalesForce.com platform

·  At least 2 years of development/customization experience with SalesForce.com. 

·  At least 5 years of experience with Software Development and with a major programming language (e.g. Java, C#.).

·  Experience leading small development teams.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
