For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com POSITION PURPOSE:Maintain SalesLogix data related to financial institutions use of information technology through various research methods for multiple Fiserv Groups and Business Units. Flexible part-time work hours are available - example, 10am – 2pm Monday – Friday.RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure information in SalesLogix application is consistent and accurate on a daily basis. When information is not accurate or missing, then updating that information via researching methods is required.As they arise, manage ad-hoc projects that require data input and updating from a variety of sources.Capability to work on multiple projects at a time with limited supervision.Provide limited first-line level of support to users of SalesLogix on an as-needed basis.Other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school diploma required.Some college is preferred. Job Related Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience of general office or data entry/research required.Prior experience with any database application preferred. Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills.Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office applications -Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.Strong knowledge in online research via the Internet.Ability to handle multiple research projects simultaneously.
