More information about Thomson Reuters and its financial performance can be found on www.ThomsonReuters.com. The Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters provides insights -- information, benchmarks and analysis -- that enable organizations to manage costs, improve performance and enhance the quality of healthcare. The primary purpose of this position is to maintain SF.com data integrity and provide ongoing support to all end users via training and response to user inquiries. This position serves as the overall SF.com administrator. Maintain data integrity of Thomson Healthcare’s SF.com database on an ongoing basis. This is accomplished by performing regular updates to the system for account-level information. Weekly and monthly audits are necessary to ensure user compliance for sales related activities. Discrepancies must be communicated to the users and administrator must follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Maintain and update SF.com system configuration in accordance with current business rules and processes throughout Thomson Healthcare. Dissemination of changes must be clearly communicated to the user group. Changes occur at many times throughout the year. Manage a current list of active SF.com users in Thomson Healthcare. Deactivate users and activate new users when necessary. Maintain security profiles and access rights for users. This list is updated on as-needed basis (can vary from weekly to daily). Respond to user inquiries in a timely fashion. User inquiries can vary in nature from assistance in creating a report to requesting resolution of a data discrepancy. Act as the single point of contact for certain inquiries from the user group (e.g., answering “How to” questions that are specific to how your organization’s business processes are reflected in Salesforce.com) Assist with bulk imports of lead, contact, or account data. Configure shared, custom reports and configure standard UI options for groups of users. Create or delete custom-defined fields and update custom-defined page layouts and record types. Escalate issues to Salesforce.com support as required. Provide comprehensive, easy-to-understand, training via web-based conferencing. Training is provided for new users. Occasional refresher courses are offered for current users when appropriate (there is new system functionality or there is a change to business processes). Ensure 100 percent adoption rates within the customer’s user groups and to completely align Salesforce.com with the company’s business processes. Ability to solve intellectual and/or practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract and/or concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization may or may not exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Analytical skills and business acumen for assessment of commonly requested changes and proactive identification of customizations that could help the business. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
