Seeking a Director of Marketing

They have asked us to help them find a motivated and experienced professional to manage the company’s marketing efforts.  This position manages graphic design, multi-media and marketing communication staff for both domestic and international operations.   Additionally, the Director of Marketing: Coordinates strategic and tactical marketing promotions in support of lead generation, including but not limited to e-mail, webinar, trade show, print and on-line advertising, website presence and hosted events. Oversees the creation and effective placement of market awareness initiatives. Identifies and drives the timely development of sales aids. Maintains accurate competitive information and market analysis. Directs and enhances the effective use of marketing database information and drives complete account, contact and lead data into the company’s CRM system. This position requires: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. At least five years experience in managing a marketing organization. Direct experience with an online CRM system, with exposure to Salesforce.com desired. Experience with direct mail and web-based campaign management. Experience organizing and managing trade show and user conference events.
