TierOne OSS Technologies Inc.

TierOne, an OSS systems integration company, uniquely exploits the synergies of software development and telecommunications expertise in every solution delivery. We provide strategy consulting, product implementation, and custom software development services to communication service providers around the globe.

Position Summary
You will be responsible for selling TierOne solutions to customers in the United States.  This role requires a sales individual with experience in the telecommunications space, preferably selling OSS solutions.  You must have the ability to call on senior business executives and a proven track record in successfully managing and closing complex sales.



Responsibilities

· Meet all assigned sales quotas.

· Forecasts business accurately.

· Proactively builds strong relationships with customers, users, influencers, champions and C-level executives in order to retain, expand and identify new business opportunities.

· Effectively prospects within a territory to uncover business needs.

· Assisting clients with their understanding of the features and benefits of our products/services. 

· Qualifies level of opportunity and type of account.

· Prepares quotations and proposal information as needed.

· Provide feedback to the TierOne development team regarding solution enhancements based on client input.

· Works with regional marketing to create and deliver marketing materials.

· Ensuring that customer issues are addressed in a timely manner.

· Maximizing penetration into existing and new customer organizations.

· Assumes responsibility for all activity in accounts and new revenue, both software and services, works with consulting staff to position service solutions and leverage sales opportunities.

· Manages business expenses effectively.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

· A minimum of 5 years selling to the telecommunications service provider industry, ideally OSS solutions.

· Ideally the candidate will be located in the Atlanta, D.C., or Dallas area.

· strong selling skills and training.

· Proven track record of target attainment and customer satisfaction.
