The company was founded in 1999, has 350 Global Enterprise Customers, powering 20 million local ads worldwide, in 20 languages across 113 countries.
eStara is a leading VoIP based ASP that has a huge technology base and customers all over the world. The successful candidate will work on improving and managing eStara's existing Billing process.

Responsibilities:Working with Operations team to ensure proper & timely billing worldwide of eStara's diverse customer base Assist with the preparation of management reports including the monthly internal financial packageAssist in the coordination of Sarbanes Oxley requirements and financial controls.Calculate CommissionsPrepare cost analysisRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPAMinimum 5 years technical accounting knowledgeSolid understanding of GAAP, SEC,  and SOX complianceCandidates with Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience are encouraged to apply for this rolePrevious international experience a plus2+ years invoicing/accounts receivable experience in a telecommunications company2+ years experience working with an integrated accounting system; preferably with 1 year of Oracle 11i experienceExcellent written, verbal and organization skills requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracy a mustAbility to consistently meet deadlines while multi-taskingGood MS Office and interpersonal skills required
