They may occasionally be required to travel to customer sites. They develop expertise and excellent troubleshooting skills for one or more MA products.Position Requirements:• BS in Information Systems, Engineering or related field.• 3-5+ years consulting experience with packaged software implementations.• 2 years experience implementing supply chain or inventory management software • Strong software trouble-shooting skills on AS/400, iSeries, System i platform• Strong Structure Query Language (SQL) skills. • Strong abilities in managing customer expectations• Familiarity with Forecasting software applications is a PLUS• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.• Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Ability to learn new technologies.• TRAVEL: up to 15%Manhattan Associates is at the forefront of the most innovative technologies, in a business casual environment that provides plenty of opportunity for growth.
