Position Summary

Rainmaker Systems is looking for a Lead Oracle Developer/Analyst responsible for the development of database marketing campaigns based on requirements provided by the marketing team.

Essential Functions

Research and backend analysis of direct mail, email and
voice mail campaigns Oversee marketing database production environment to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and on spec Provide process documentation and issue resolution Ensure that campaign audits are properly documented Develop SQL or SAS based reporting to reflect key business metrics and backend reporting Troubleshoot and resolve database problems, and support/maintain campaign production jobs scheduled weekly and monthly Act as liaison between multiple internal and external partners

Qualifications

Masters degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred 5+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL programming, UNIX, shell scripting 5+ years of experience in writing stored procedure Team lead experience 5+ Years of, SAS tools experience 5+ Years of Data Analysis and Reporting Experience People soft CRM experience

The ideal candidate will have a MS in Computer Science or MIS with 7 to 10 years of experience in database marketing environment combined with experience in relational databases. Strong Project Management, verbal and written communication skills.
