Senior Engagement Manager

Since this position is a client facing role, this individual can be based anywhere in the Northeast Region of the US, (Northeast of PA) near a major airport, but the preference is for New York City, as many of the projects will be based there.

Responsibilities:Oversees success across multiple clients directing multiple project work teams with delivery, architecture and sales staff. Ensures the highest quality of deliverables delivered on time and within budget for each. Acts as point of contact for highest customer escalated issues. Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance and staffing requirements. Develops positive long lasting working relationships with customers and ensures consistently high customer satisfaction. Works closely with account teams to develop and execute on account strategy plans. Scopes projects based on customers high-level business requirements.

Required knowledge/skills include:

Business Skills (80%) Executive level written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a "customer facing" environment such as sales or technical consulting. A solid understanding of project delivery methodologies and project management practices. Understand contract execution, finance and billing procedures. Ability to manage multiple clients at one time. Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Technical Knowledge (20%)
