Responsible for policy interpretation and clarification.EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or equivalent, PHR preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years experience preferred. Advanced computer software skills, including Excel. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Thorough knowledge of HR policies and practices.
