Senior HRIS Analyst
This Senior HRIS Analyst provides our Human Resources function with the technical understanding of methods in which an HRIS, and stand alone software applications, interrelate within the framework of Compensation, Benefits, and HR processes to optimize utilization of HR data and work-flow. Assist in program administration and evaluate and recommend optimal technology solutions for improving HR program efficiencies. Design and implement hands on data management and information reporting solutions, and coordinate activities and resources from HR, Information Technology, Finance, Payroll and benefit vendors/service providers. Required Education/Skills:- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related discipline required.- Five years of directly related experience- Demonstrated success in optimizing HR technology and process capabilities via an integrated HRIS and relational system (databases, payroll systems, time and attendance system, vendor interfaces, intranet/portal applications) through new implementations or upgrades to existing systems. - Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM 8, Microsoft Excel, SQR SQL and expertise in integrated systems are required. - A sound foundation in Global HR processes and program planning is crucial. Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and certification in JSP or ASP a plus.
