Our continued success has created an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist who will be a key part of the eCopy HR team and have exposure to all functional areas of HR including: Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, and Training and Development.
Responsibilities: Broad based HR support through the development, implementation and administration of programs, policies and procedures that drive key company and departmental initiatives Will assist with recruitment as required and will coordinate with internal recruiter and external recruitment avenues to source candidatesWill spearhead the implementation of HR related systems and work toward global process/procedure optimization Counsel managers/employees on policy interpretation, employee performance, disciplinary and/or termination issuesAssist with documenting jobs, recommending pay grade classifications and various salary surveys Assist with open enrollment, leave of absence and issue resolution Maintain a consistent positive, cooperative, self- motivated, courteous and professional attitude. Occasional travel may be required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of solid HR Generalist experience. Previous experience working in the high tech industry preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient with MS Office Suite, experience with HRIS systems, and have real world training/development experienceMust have strong compensation plan knowledge and backgroundMust have the ability to always remember they are key members of the HR team and service providersMust contribute to and support corporate initiatesSPHR and/or Masters degree preferred
This is a regular full-time position.
