Senior Human Resources Manager

Vitech Systems Group is looking for seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join our rapidly growing 200-person software and service firm. As a Senior HR Manager you will build and run employee relations, retention, training, and generalist HR functions within the organization. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO and will operate in a faced-paced and dynamic environment. The primary responsibilities for the HR Manager will be; strategic HR planning, organizational development, compensation planning, employee relations, & policy administration.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years progressive experience in all areas of the HR function with a very strong emphasis on overseeing and managing the recruiting, administration of benefits and the ability to spearhead and successfully complete strategic HR projects.
The right person will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, good communication and customer service skills. Experience in a Professional services environment and experience working within a technology company is preferred. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
