Senior Internet Marketing Manager Req#20246Electronic ArtsRedwood City, CA Senior Internet Marketing Manager Our mission is to deliver the best purchase experience for consumers seeking to buy EA games directly from EA.  The Senior Manager of Internet Marketing will design, manage and execute the online direct response marketing campaigns to deliver efficient store traffic that will lead to store sales, increase repeat purchase and order referrals.  This person will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability of programs/infrastructure and development of integrated, revenue-generating campaigns.  Core responsibilities include: Develop and execute the EA STORE customer acquisition and retention plans, designed to maximize site traffic, order conversion, repeat purchase, higher $ per order/customer and referrals Lead forecasting and financial modeling for acquisition and retention programs Program management of the EA STORE website. These activities include visual merchandising; promotion planning; A/B & multivariate testing and site navigation Develop and implement paid/natural search programs that delivers efficient site traffic and cost per acquisition Execute effective affiliate programs/publisher management activities to achieve business development goals Develop EA STORE contact strategy, oversee content editorial and cadence.  Work with the EA Direct Marketing team to ensure commerce communication fits within general EA communication and optimized for monetization Track and measure online marketing programs; design test strategies and creative to optimize results, lead post mortem development and share best practices across the enterprise Manage external business partners (consultants and vendors), to drive marketing campaigns from inception to completion and provide recommendation for engagement efficiencies. Track and maintain log of online competitive activity and report accordingly Keep current with the latest e-commerce trends and technology to keep EA STORE competitive Work with global commerce teams in developing global campaigns when appropriate. Manage, coach, lead and mentor EA STORE marketing team; define objectives; conduct performance appraisals Serve as a matrix leader within Online Commerce Team and CEM team in general Support Director and team as needed in driving overall ecommerce strategy, defining feature roadmap as well as identifying KPIs to measure performance against group goals.    Experience: 7+ years internet marketing experience (including SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing and Social Network Marketing).  Possess expert knowledge of online marketing tools, technology, user practices and industry direction. 4+ years experience in online consumer marketing 3+ years experience leading an experienced web marketing team Proven ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings Innovative and creative thinker; can see and develop “out-of-box” online approach Strong sense of urgency, balancing need for thoughtful and comprehensive analysis against desire for urgent, tangible results Excellent time management and organizational skills, including ability to accurately gauge project duration, deliver on deadlines, and manage a workload with possible conflicting priorities Experience managing multi-functional teams, conflict resolution, and compromising to the satisfaction of all Ability to inform, educate and engage cross functional teams about the EA online commerce vision and emerging digital marketing methods to drive visits to orders Excellent analytic and communication skills.
