Senior Kernel Level Developer

Job Description Performs product design, bug verification, release testing, and beta support projects which may require research and analysis. May assist in performing on-site client work. Participates in product design meetings. Researches problems discovered by QA or product support and develops solutions to the problems. Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits. In absence of product architects, may serve as a product architect: Documentation of development work. Researches and understands the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues.  Required Skills Minimum of 10 years proven work experience coding in C/C++ and/or Intel x86 Assembler Language • Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in developing Windows Kernel Mode Device Drivers under Windows NT/2K/2K3/XP and Windows Vista • Solid experience with NDIS, TDI, and other kernel-level networking interfaces. • Expert knowledge of windows hooks, process/thread management, file system management, and memory management at the kernel level • Expert knowledge in using kernel debuggers (WinDBG, SoftIce, IDA) • Experience with Team Foundation Server, SourceSafe, CVS, or SVN desired.
