Primary Responsibilities:Analyze, design and code complex business logic to .net framework modulesWeb application development using .NET: C#, XML and ASP.NET 2.0 (user controls, data/business components)Create and maintain documents such as User Requirements, Functional Specifications, Detailed Design Specifications, etc.Provide project coordination and resource allocation for development teamDocument all projects and activities thoroughly and accurately.Assure functional testing of application prior to release to QA teamAssist with support and maintenance of existing VB & ASP applications.

Additional Responsibilities:Identify technical risks in assigned work. Meet or beat the hours budgeted for each task. Work flexible hours as needed to meet client needs. Communicating with developers and non-developers in both written and verbal form to clearly describe technical options or ramifications 

Job Requirements:Currently working as a developer and spending more than 80% of time on hands on development activities. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of professional software development experience with Microsoft tools 2+ years of experience in web development with C#, ASP.NET 2+ years of experience with MS SQL Server Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively. Experience with HIPAA standard transactions a plus Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
