Senior Level Software Application Trainer

Summary: 

 

This position reports to the Director of Curriculum and Training and coordinates the entire learning experience focused on multiple products training with a dedication to high client satisfaction through demonstrated success.  This position facilitates the eSchool Solutions Train-the-Trainer (T3) program focused on driven Curriculum Standards, Performance Evaluations and proven training materials utilizing multiple venues including onsite training, online learning, videoconferencing and various other deliver methods. 

 

  Essential Functions:


Evaluate client needs and train on eSchool Solutions software to meet the individual client needs;Facilitate training utilizing a variety of delivery formats, including face-to-face classroom, virtual classes, conference calls, and one-on-one settings;Participate in the design, delivery and maintenance of training and development programs and policies;Coordinate with all levels of district personnel regarding implementation and training.

 Responsibilities:

 

1.  Continually focus on the eSchool Solutions Curriculum and Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs to facilitate highly progressive and successful learning for each client.

2.  Responsible for all aspects of the Train-the-Trainer (T3) of eSchool Solutions, Inc. software.

3.  Implement and maintain project and training materials;

4.  Provide software and hardware support when needed;

5.  Other duties as assigned.

 Experience/Qualifications:

 Experience in the K-12 education environment through school districts and/or businessAbility to facilitate learning with diverse audiences with a variety of leadership/learning styles;Experience in applying various adult learning principles, methods, and standards requiredEnergetic and engaging; flexible and adaptable;Excellent presentation skills;Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently; Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;Strong communication, multi-tasking, interpersonal and PC skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Ability to schedule travel, travel a minimum of 80% of the time and work flexible hours as neededStrong work ethic.Education:



 

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

 Language Skills:

 

Ability to read and interpret documentation such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  The ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of organizations is required.
