Title: Senior Manager, M&A Integration #64467Location: San Rafael, CA General Summary: As a key member of the Corporate Development team, reporting to the M&A Integration Director, the M&A Project Manager will serve as a vital part of the Integration Planning Office managing acquisition integration projects. The M&A Project Manager will interact across all functions including: IT, Operations, Human Resources, Consulting, Sales, Product Support, Legal, Marketing and all product divisions. He/she will also assist in the development and on-going management of the Corporate Development M&A Playbook, which documents standard corporate wide M&A processes. The Playbook responsibilities will include standardizing due diligence and integration process documents, maintaining and updating the M&A website, creating presentation templates, and developing communication dashboards and success metrics. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to manage integration projects from initiation through full integration, including planning and budgeting, project control and status reporting, team management, troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule and within budget Create presentations and other project updates for cross functional integration meetings, as well as executive stakeholders Facilitate planning and scoping sessions. Work proactively with cross functional teams to resolve cross functional and critical issues Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk. Identify and implement alternative solutions Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels. Consult with others on development and execution of complex project plans. Define practice and process for managing client and stakeholder expectations Coordinate with cross functional teams to develop, improve and document cross functional M&A processes and standards Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop business requirements for the M&A website Requirements: 6-8 years of project/program management experience with complex cultural and business projects in large organizations Excellent analytical skills Ability to lead personnel through indirect authority to achieve tactical objectives in a timely manner and with a high degree of quality Good understanding of internal and external competitive business issues as they impact overall project plans Excellent communication, team building and negotiating skills Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as a team-oriented attitude Strong project management skills Skilled in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.) Some travel (domestic and international) required Desired Knowledge/Skills: M&A integration expertise Investment banking or consulting experience a plus Financial modeling and/or other analysis projects such as precedent transactions and market research Experience in Microsoft SharePoint or other collaboration software Autodesk organization and product knowledge Autodesk provides one of the most exceptional compensation and benefit packages, including stock options for all employees, 401k matching, six week sabbatical after four years of employment, domestic partner policy, ongoing employee training and development, flexible work hours and more!
