We protect against malware, spam, data leaks, and the newest Web threats designed to steal digital information.  Our unique solutions stop these threats where they first emerge – in the Internet – before they can attack corporate networks and PCs.  Founded in 1988,  Trend Micro operates globally and protects hundreds of millions of users in the office, at home and on the go.Responsibilities Lead and manage a globally-focused marcom team responsible for executing marketing campaigns and related materials for our enterprise and SMB customer business units. In partnership with product marketing and campaign managers in the customer business units, the marcom team is responsible for designing, writing, and producing marketing collateral, sales tools, web site content, marketing campaign and program development and other deliverables to drive product and brand awareness and help regional and field marketing teams produce sales leads. In addition, team work on other high priority company marcom projects in support of corporate branding and marketing initiatives. Manage and develop individuals and first level managers in the team: set appropriate goals and objectives and assign and evaluate task performance. Establish individual and team performance metrics. Develop and extend team processes to assure effective accomplishment of goals, objectives and tasks. Assure that team processes are integrated with other Trend Micro teams as necessary. Desired Education, Experiences & Skills:  Must have 8-10 years marketing experience with proven track record of accomplishment in the Marcom field (ideally business software), especially collateral/sales tool creation, various communication vehicles, marketing program/vendor management, web marketing, etc.  Must be thoroughly familiar with and have experience incorporating modern media formats and techniques into marketing campaigns (e.g., video, podcasts, etc.)  Must have demonstrated leadership, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and high integrity.  Must have experience as a manager in a corporate/global marketing function in a multinational company. Experience in a field marketing role (lead generation) is preferred.  Must have B.S. or B.A. degree (Marketing focus preferred).
