The Senior Manager of Online Marketing will develop and manage online direct marketing strategies and campaign execution  to drive revenue and brand building through Lumension’s online marketing channels You will be tasked with developing e-mail strategy, including overseeing development of content and creative, executing e-mail campaigns and tests, and analyzing performance. This is an ideal job for a creative marketer who wants to drive business results. Required Skills

Responsibilities: Develop email and direct marketing strategy for key engagement and conversion marketing programs, and then lead implementation and execution with goal of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Manage overall process for email and direct marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, creative development, production schedule, segmentation, list purchase, pull & management, testing and reporting; Analyze campaign performance and then recommend actions to improve results; Define and initiate A/B and multivariate tests with goal of continuously improving key metrics.Required Experience

4-7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years developing email strategy and executing email campaigns. Deep knowledge of and experience in all aspect of email marketing, including targeting, delivery implementation, permission-based marketing best practices and metrics; Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
