Senior .NET (C#) Software Engineer Lead

Position Summary:
This senior level position will lead the .Net development efforts of SchemaLogic’s Technical Services Organization, and will have two primary focuses: 1) Architecting, developing, and managing the development of .Net customer solutions, and 2) Participate on and work closely with the product development team to advance SchemaLogic’s .Net products, ensuring they meet customer needs.

This position requires: 
the ability to work independently; to own of all parts of the software development lifecycle from inception, requirements gathering, and design, to implementation, test, and delivery to provide .Net technical leadership in Solutions Development to work as an integral part of the fast-paced and dynamic Solutions Development team

Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions enhancing customer’s experience of SchemaLogic’s integration with SharePoint and other 3rd party systems using C# and .NET Provide technical and design leadership to the .Net Solutions Development team composed of SchemaLogic employees, and on-site and off-site contractorsWork with customers to implement SchemaLogic’s Enterprise Suite solution, focusing on C# and .NET integrationsProvide C# .Net developer level, API/SDK support and training for customers and partners developing their own solutionsWork with customers to define, build, and implement customer extensions and integrationsDesign and develop C# .Net applications to enable Technical Services to more quickly, accurately, and efficiently deliver customer solutionsProvide technical design and specification documentationHave a commitment to professional code craftsmanshipCreate and maintain the C# .Net applications build system for Solutions DevelopmentParticipate on SharePoint integration product team, providing architectural, design, and functional requirements inputWork with minimal supervision


Required Experience:
 Minimum 5 - 7 years hands-on design and development building commercial, multi-tier software applications and systems Expert level experience designing and implementing C# applications on the .NET framework Strong experience with web services concepts and development Experience with standard software design principles, patterns and best practices Experience working as a technical lead Experience with server-side design and development issues, especially around scaling and distribution Experience with databases: medium to strong SQL skills necessary; ODBC or JDBC familiarity desired Experience using revision control systems such as Visual Source Safe, Subversion, etc.  BS or MS in Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
