Qualifications:
Must possess strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to learn and apply new ideas quickly.Must be able to work in a team environment.Must possess good communication and analytical skills.Experience in GUI or web-based Microsoft development environments using .NET Framework, Visual Studio .NET, including ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server.  Understanding of distributed development and object-oriented programming techniques. Experience with UML and requirements discovery.Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) knowledge. Knowledge of or self study in AJAX, Silverlight, WPF or XAML highly desiredExposure to BizTalk or SharePoint is a plus
