Senior Product Manager - Web Customer Experience

Due to our tremendous growth, we are currently seeking a seasoned Product Manager with passion for Customer Driven Innovation to drive customer understanding for that team's portion of the Overall TurboTax Customer Experience.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Conduct customer research, competitive and market analyses

·  Connect team members and end users in person to enable a clear understanding of important problems customers are trying to solve.

·  Synthesize insights from customer research, competitive & market analysis and functional partners to provide planning inputs and set prioritized user and business requirements with clear success criteria.

·  Drive the creation of concepts defining an end-to-end customer experience and expected full lifecycle costs

·  Develop business cases and proposals to invest or stop investing in a project.

·  Lead requirements management, determining ongoing prioritization and trade-offs across requirements.

·  Ensure that solutions meet user and business requirements.

·  Manage internal and 3rd-party partner relationships required for an initiative.

 

Requirements: Must have a minimum 4 years Product Management experience with at least 2 years in Consumer or Small Business-Oriented Software/Online Web Services.Previous Development experience and knowledge of SDLC a plus.Experience working effectively in matrix environments.Bachelor*s degree required.  MBA preferred.Relocation Assistance Available – Non-Local Candidates Welcome!
