Senior Project Manger

CIBER, Inc. has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager with the following skills: · Serves as Project Manager for a team consisting of 8-10 part time architects and technical specialists who are providing overall architectural guidance for a large-complex program.· Plans, monitors and controls team activities.· Facilitates architectural decision making and related issue resolution.· Drives clarification and elicitation of technical requirements.· Ensures effective integration between solution components and across existing legacy applications.· Presents key architectural concepts and issues to program executives and other program stakeholders.· Contributes to Program Change Management.· Devises/enhances program architectural processes.· Ensures timely preparation of program architectural deliverables. Required Skills/Experience· 10+ years on large-complex project/program experience.· Experience with implementation of a services–oriented architecture.· 5+ years experience as IT project/program manager.· 3+ years leadership experience with implementation of Enterprise Architecture components such as, Integration, Business process, Content Management, Enterprise Data Management, Presentation Layer, Infrastructure & Security, and Business requirements management, etc.· Bachelors Degree Preferred Skills/Experience · Exposure to/experience with IBM’s Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) leadership.· Experience in an Agile/XP or Agile/Scrum project effort.· Advanced degree· PMP Certification Qualified candidates please send a Word version of your resume and salary requirements to sweaver@ciber.com Location: Erie, e, 16501 Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Company: CIBER, Inc.
